Privacy
- Your resume is saved only in your browser's storage (localStorage) on your device. It is never uploaded to us. We don't run a server or database.
- There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking or analytics scripts.
- When you enter a license key, the key is sent to Gumroad (api.gumroad.com) to check that it's valid. Once a week the app checks it again so cancelled memberships end. Nothing else is sent.
- Payments happen on Gumroad's site. We never see your card details. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to your purchase.
- Clearing your browser data deletes your resumes. Use “Export backup” to keep a copy.
Terms
- Building, editing and previewing resumes is free.
- PlainResume Pro costs $4.99 per month and renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time through Gumroad; you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
- PlainResume 30-Day Pass costs $9.99 once and gives Pro for 30 days from purchase. It does not renew.
- Pro lets you download the PDF without the “Preview” watermark and use all 3 resume slots.
- You are responsible for what you write in your resume. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties.
Refunds
If something isn't working for you, ask for a refund through your Gumroad receipt within 7 days of a charge.
